Quality Tree & Crane was founded by Gary Hill with a single objective: Provide superior tree care services to Southeast Missouri. We currently service the areas of Cape Girardeau and Jackson with residential and commercial tree care services. We offer tree trimming, tree removal, tree fertilization, firewood, lot clearing and more.
Over the years, our operation has grown to multiple crews and the ability to serve commercial developers as well as homeowners. What hasn't changed is our passion for doing a job right and making our customers say "wow, that's awesome." Quality Tree & Crane was recommended to me recently to clear a dead tree that fell down in my yard.
I am so pleased with the service we received! Someone from the company got ahold of me right away, they were able to assess the situation the next day and take care of the tree the day after that. Even with less than ideal weather conditions they got the job done efficiently and quickly and at a great price.

We phoned two times and no show both. Then we happened to see them out on another job. We stopped and spoke with the boss there on that job. He assured us they would be out to do an estimate on tree removals and leave in our mailbox. No show again. If they are too busy they should just say that instead of leading someone on. Waste of my time. Rude and inconsiderate towards a potential costumer because they were not being honest. One unhappy person can snowball on a business since people talk and will not recommend this company!

Horrible business! I accepted a bid in may and still no show. I was told 4 weeks ago I was 4 jobs out. Now they won’t answer or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional and they lied to me! Take your business elsewhere! I called Advanced Tree Service. They matched the price and will be here next week! Much better local business. Wish I would have chosen them in the first place.

We were extremely impressed with Gary Hill and his crew. He was very responsive, safe, and reasonable. We had 7 large trees removed around our home. Gary brought his crew on a holiday just to ensure the work was done well within his estimated time frame. We’ve hired many crews to do work for us in the past; however, Quality Tree Services was by FAR the most professional, clean, and efficient company we’ve seen. We wouldn’t even consider hiring a different company to do our tree work in the future!

If you want a job done great Gary and his crew is who you should call. They took down a BIG tree in my yard and I was amazed at how incredible they were. They were so professional and just all around great guys. Their price for the removal was hands down the best around. I highly recommend them. You will be in good hands with them.

Quality Tree Services did an excellent job removing 6 trees and pruning the existing trees on my property. They took care of everything in one day. They used rubber mats for the bucket truck to minimize damage to my lawn. The price was lower than a competing bid and the questions that were raised during the estimate and walk through made me feel confident that they were competent and wanted set a clear scope of work so that both parties would be happy at the end of the job. Give them a call if you need some tree work done!

I had 3 trees to be removed as Gary had advised about the potential of them becoming a hazard under the right conditions. He educated my wife and I about included bark and brought our attention to a very dangerous situation. We are so glad we went with the experts over at quality tree service. This is a vacation home for us and we were pressed for time. Thankfully we found a team of expert professionals at quality tree service. They showed us that with the right tools anything is possible.
