Though we focus our business on upgrading existing homes, we can also build a custom home for you. We use only the highest qualify materials and choose only from custom manufacturers and suppliers. Financing is available for your project. If you can dream it, the artisans at LG Building can make it come true.
At LG, we realize that sometimes home improvement projects just can't wait to be done. That's why we've partnered with EnerbankUSA to give you access to several competitive financing and loan options to fit your budget. This loan is a 12 month same as cash. If you the customer do not pay off the loan within the 12-month promotional period, then the remainder owed shall be at 6.99% for (5) years.

My wife and I own a house from the 1700's and wanted to install a sliding barn door to separate a portion of the house from the rest. It was important to us to maintain the period feel of the home so we purchased an actual barn door from the 1800's. The best decision we made was to hire LG to do the installation. The door was oversized and needed to be cut down dramatically to fit the space. Its hardware needed to be salvaged and brought back to life. Also, there isn't a straight line in the house so their carpenter had to hand cut and fit every piece of wood used to support the door. The bottom

After obtaining several quotes I hired LG to remodel my small fiberglass shower, to enlarge it and to transform into an accessible, no threshold entry. I chose LG because the price they quoted was very reasonable compared to 2 of the other bids I received, and because they were the only 1 of the 4 who promised to be able to make the shower barrier free...and they did. I appreciated Casey's ideas for the project, the tile work that Victor and Nikita did and Linda's daily calls to keep me informed of the progress of the job and to make sure I was satisfied. A few weeks back, my husband and I called LG Building and Remodeling for a quote on a new roof based on their reputation for high standards. Given the current conditions, they were able to provide an estimate based on a software program. Within a day we received the estimate and accepted the contract with the color samples for the Timberline shingles delivered the next day . A crew began the following week and completed our multi-gabled house and adjacent enclosed porch in two days. We recently hired LG Building and Remodeling to remodel our unfinished basement into an in-law apartment and also remodeled our master bath shower in the main house. Above all I have to say the quality of the work was absolutely excellent. They considered all the little details that made all the difference. The apartment is just beautiful. LG Building and Remodeling was hired by Southbury Kitchens as the Contractor to do the work on my new kitchen. Lyman and the folks at LG Building and Remodeling could not have been nicer to work with.
