Not allowing your paying customers the basic human need of using the restroom is appalling. Some customers spend hours moving in or out and need to pee. Hiding laziness behind covid is also atrocious. The guidelines say that one must wipe handles and surfaces down between visits. 60 seconds of work is all it would take to show customers the minimum appreciation for their patronage. Please reconsider this potentially dangerous and antihuman policy, for the people who keep the lights on.

Units leak terribly. If it rains in a measurable amount, plan on water damage. As for polite, respectful, even simply civilly appropriate customer service... don't count on it. The front desk staff has managed to offend every single person I've had in tow. Some, including my aging parents, REFUSE to help if it requires contact with the front desk. Plan on being offended routinely while your precious belongings are safely and securely wick-away the rain, seemingly straight to any electronic components.

Really nice people here. Had the opportunity to get to know them and have really enjoyed the great staff that have been attending to me. Very easy access on Clovis Ave, very secure site and I feel that anyone who has stuff here can rest at ease that it is well taken care of and protected.

In all the 12 years I've been renting at this location, I've NEVER had a problem. I loved the staff.
I'm just heart broken on the way they handled the situation pertaining to the fires that happened in January. I shouldn't have been told me that my ancestors belongings were burned in the first fire, when they actually DIDN'T BURN UNTIL THE SECOND FIRE. To be lied to is intolerable.
I do still have 5 lockers I'm working on downsizing from there, but hard when living out of town and the weather is 100° +.

I ended up renting from this place due to it being so cheap but OH MY GOD, who ever is in charge needs to have more customer service respect. SHE WAS A NIGHTMARE !! So rude and unprofessional. Trying to charge extra and even got more of an attitude when I wanted to know why. Seriously so rude and not one bit of respect. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!
