I had a blockage in my sewer line that cased the waste to back up in my basement. I had called another company but they could not get their camera into the blocked pipe but did diagnosis the blockage under my concrete porch and advised that they would need to cut out the concrete to reach the blockage. I was somewhat skeptical of this solution not to mention the thousands of dollars that it may cost. A friend suggested I contact Drainmasters before I did anything else. And am I glad I did! Drainmaster got their camera to work in the blocked pipe and found the blockage on the opposite side of the

They gave me an estimate for fixing my sewer line & replacing 2 toilets. When they had to add a special venting in one of my bathrooms, they stuck to their estimate without extra charge. They worked as a good team, got all the work done in 2 hours & cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Coming from a family where my dad was a plumber and seeing these guys work was like a walk down memory lane, but without all the yelling from my dad. Not really, but seriously, there was no yelling. Chris and Todd got over here within a few hours even after I was told by the owner that it could be tomorrow but that they would try to get to us today. These guys showed up, jumped out of the truck and got to work locating the leak that crippled our home for the first half of the day. Being without water is no fun and having to go out and turn the water on every time someone needs to go potty makes
