Meet the leader of our team. With almost 40 years in the HVAC industry, you could almost say Jim Roth has seen it all. Almost, but with a field that is constantly evolving, Jim continues to adapt with the new technology in our industry. Additionally Jim is a walking talking textbook of knowledge that the rest of our team is able to lean on when it comes to older equipment most other technicians have only ever heard about.
Joe Roth has 18 years in the HVAC industry. He holds an Ohio HVAC contractors license as well as all required EPA refrigerant certifications. With the ever changing technology in our field he attends factory dealer trainings and required State of Ohio continuing education classes. Joe oversees our installation crew and also helps manage the day to day operations of J&R Heating along with handling emergency service when needed.

Absolutely incredible service! Everything was thoroughly explained to me throughout the entire process and I felt very comfortable making the purchase of a new furnace with this company. I was quoted very high by another company without explanation as to why I needed a new furnace but J&R heating explained everything, and it was done at a very reasonable price. New furnace was installed, old one was taken away, and my house was kept very clean and was put back together before they left. I would recommend this company to anybody!
