We were unable to open the lock on the door to enter our attached garage. My call to Chapin Lock Guy was promptly answered; he was pleasant and professional. He advised me that since this call was outside of normal business hours, it's best for him to do the service the next day to avoid a surcharge. He arrived at the time we arranged. He completed what I thought was a difficult job in a timely manner, all while being pleasant and courteous. I am very satisfied with his work and would use his services, need arising, in the future.
