This man has told my elderly father he will be there every week since June. He has never shown up- he doesn’t even call and say he will not be there and does not respond to any emails and very rarely responds to phone calls. As my father is a patient man - he has been waiting and waiting. This man was hired during a transition of buying a Home. Apparently there is not concern for the elderly in the heat. Shameful and non-ethical business. One and half months of promising to do a job you will be paid for and you continue to promise to arrive to do the work and Never show up or even call. This

Saturday evening came back from a day at the beach and no AC! 89 degrees and 76 dew point and no AC. So started calling around and best response was from Mike. I talked to him about 8 PM on Saturday and he said he could come out at 9 on Sunday.
Due to a mix-up on getting my info to Mike he didn't arrive til about 9:45. But he had me up and running in 30 minutes which included adding freon and the installation of a new thermostat.
His price was extremely reasonable and actually cheap compared to some quotes I received. I highly recommend this guy!

I found Mike online while searching for an HVAC technician to install a smart thermostat I bought for my parents for Christmas. Of course, I decided to do this last minute, and reached out to him on December 18th, asking if he might be available to do the install when I was briefly in Delaware on December 21st.
Mike got back to me that same evening, said he would indeed be available that afternoon, and provided an extremely reasonable quote for the install. I contacted a few other HVAC companies, and Mike's quote was the best.
