Ceramic Tile Plus and Exclusively Yours Design is a family owned business that has been serving the Maui community for over 40 years. Opened by James Doran Jr. in 1977, the business has grown from a 2 person shop to a staff of over 35 motivated team members who work tirelessly to serve the needs of each of our clients from the start of their project through to its' completion.
James Doran Jr. founded Ceramic Tile Plus (CTP) and Exclusively Yours Design (EY Design) in 1977 and his family owned business has served the Maui community for over 40 years. The company features the largest selection of natural stone, porcelain and decorative tile and the largest collection of raw stone and quartz slab materials on the island.
One of our core values is doing what we can to help give back to our Maui community. In doing so, we hope we can inspire others to do what they can to make a difference. Listed below are some of the organizations we have made donations to help our community during the past few years. Sponsorship of the Annual Hokulani Golf Villas Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Maui Food Bank 2009, 2010.
5/8" finished inside plywood with a " x 2 " framing. Set into side panels with dado cut and secured with screws and metal L brackets to the side panels. Clear finished 5/8" solid wood and dove tail connected drawer sides with " plywood drawer bottom set into dado cut channels. DOORS We ue select grade North American grown Alder for our Toscana and White painted doors.
All our cabinets are solid wood construction with CARB Phase II certified plywood boxes and shaker style doors. We pride ourselves in that our cabinets are finished with formaldehyde free, high performance finish conversion varnish that is hard, heat resistant and chemical resistant. This finish is more durable and has higher elasticity allowing it to hold up better through wood joint expansion.

These 5 stars are for Mary! We visited the store today to get a design plan for a small condo kitchen remodel and Mary was just such a pleasure, I feel obligated to write about our experience. Firstly, we have been looking for new cabinets for our kitchen for 3 whole months and trying to get a consultation with anyone ,has been damn near impossible or 3-4 weeks out. and this is just for a consultation! after literally giving up and coming to terms that maybe this wasn't in the books for us, we had gotten a referral to check Mary out at Ceramic Tile Plus. To be honest, we had been here the 2 weeks

My favorite place to go for ceramic. The selection available for a quick job is better than Home Depot or Lowe’s selection in my humble opinion. If you have time to plan and order the selection choice ramps up to endless possibilities. The staff is great from the front entrance to loading. Super friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable and most important, cool. Easy to make friends with the staff. They all work as a great team I can see. Customer service was fantastic. I don’t recommend buying from here. All their products are junk. Takes too long to ship and needs to be specialed ordered. Guess what? You can’t return special ordered items. Worst customer service. Worst than Home Depot and Lowe’s. One of the ladies put the wrong order in and doubled our order. My mistake was that I didn’t triple check their terrible work. Now I have extra tiles that will be going to the dump. Wasted my time, materials, and money. Thanks a lot Tylene, you’re so good at your job. Not!

Warning! Warning! Don't say you weren't WARNED. No accountability , no follow up, TAKES ALL YOUR MONEY AND DOESNT DELIVER A COMPLETE KITCHEN.....and then blames you! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I'd receive one invoice from one person and then yet another for the same item, but different pricing and they always stick you with the higher quoted price. Ordered in March and still am missing pieces in August! Rude, did I mention severely damaged cabinets ( multiple) and only a 150.00 credit offered! Try getting to the owner , Ellie- IMPOSSIBLE! If I were you, I'd stay far away...

We have used Ceramic Tile Plus for many, many renovation projects on different properties. We have purchased stone countertops, kitchen, bath and office cabinetry, hardware, trim, and various types of tile (glass, ceramic, porcelain, stone) from them over the years. We've always enjoyed excellent quality products and top notch customer service. This is a long time family business that turns many customers into friends. It really is a pleasure to walk in their doors to see friendly faces, knowledgeable staff and even a great shot of espresso. I rarely write reviews but this one is earned many times

My experience with Ceramic Tile Plus as follows: I went in for a small remodel in my haiku home across the island. The second you walk in you are greeted at the door with smiling faces. They have a good selection of designers to work with as well as sales associates that were more than helpful. They have a great selection of in stock cabinets, tile, and stone! They also have a huge selection of other tiles that you can order. For off island order it only took 3 weeks to get in from the mainland. One of the boxes of tile was broken when I received it and they took it back and offered to reimburse

I would warn anyone not to use this company. They offered me a "top quality" stainless steel sink with the purchase of granite kitchen countertops. Within 5 months, (4 mos. unused as the house was empty), rust spots appeared and they blamed my workers. First saying they put chemicals in the sink and then by claiming my workers put steel shavings in my sink to rust. They had no proof of those allegations and could by no means substantiate those outrageous claims. They refused to take any ownership or responsibility for a faulty sink in which they gave me.
