Thankful it was quick and easy, in and out, used a 15' truck, worked great, returned it to final destination after hours using the key drop. The Storage Bins in Venice was a great find when I needed storage 2.5 years ago! They had (and still have) the BEST prices in Sarasota County! It's super clean, well-maintained and most importantly, SECURE! I rented a 5 x 10 Air Conditioned Unit and had ZERO issues during my 30-month rental. Management is extremely helpful and courteous! Kudos to Manager Debi Bell for running a great operation! I also rented a U-Haul from them and the transaction went perfectly! If I ever need storage, The Storage Bins in the ONLY place I will go!

Called to ask if it was possible to move the space I have rented for my travel trailer. The lady said sure that all I need to do is come in and sing a transfer agreement. When I arrived she said there was a $10.65 transfer fee for the new parking spot. I then verified that the monthly charge would be the same and she said no that I had to pay the current fee.
I am dissappointed the I was not informend of the additional monthly fee for just moving a few spaces away from my current space.
When I first rented the space the owner was very detailed and provided much better customer service.

I am giving this place one star due to their recommendation of a moving company. Whatever you do, DO NOT use Mike Kroll as your mover in the Venice area. His business cards are here at the Storage Bin and they may recommend him if you inquire about a moving company in the area. Mike Kroll is a DISHONEST person. I received his business card and info from the Storage Bin and called him for a quote. I was told $50 per hour. He came to pick up a deposit from me (cash only) and then changed the price to $85 per hour. For some reason, I said okay. After the move, he said I had to pay him for the time

I didn't use the storage here, but I want to give a thumbs-up to the Storage Bins because they take in moving boxes and packing materials and then recycle them for free to anyone who needs them.
When I moved to Venice, I had an enormous moving van filled with boxes. I was able to get rid of all the boxes, bubble wrap and packing paper in an environmentally friendly way, and I'm sure that people who are moving appreciate this service too.
