You've made the right decision by choosing your appliance - now trust us to fix it for you. Called them based on the reviews, good trend of positive ones. Technician showed on time and after explaining him the issues that we were experiencing with our fridge and the quick fix we tried (resetting plug/unplug) that by the way it solved the issue at least for now.
Technician advised us that the repair part will cost up to $800.00 and he recommend to wait and see if the issue doesn't reoccur. Otherwise he will come and fix the issue with the new repair part. We appreciate the advise and his feedback. Called them based on the reviews (most positive) The guy called and showed up early, came in, fixed the dryer within minutes.
Charge was nominal ($85 house call) Excellent service and we mitigated the cost by finding over 13 years worth of loose change. Would use this service and recommend with no hesitation. Tech even wore shoe cover (he did not have to) Very happy with his work! Thanks for the quick fix!

I actually waited more than a month before writing this review (to be fair). This company is a complete "train wreck" in terms of organization and followups.
The repair guy arrived on August 18 to troubleshoot our Wolf range top. He recommended parts and left us with an assurance that the main office would followup.
One week later I called (no followup) and was told they could not find the repair order, and somone would call me back.
A week or so later (no followup), I called again and was told they would get right back to me with pricing. This never happened.
A third and final attempt

Called Viking Appliance Repair Service OC and Appliance Rescue showed up instead. I explained the problem with our wall oven not being able to reach and maintain the proper temp. Tech said we needed a thermostat and a temp sensor. parts quote was $298 for thermostat and $102 for sensor plus $300 to install. When I called a Viking parts company they quoted $91 for the thermostat and $59 for the sensor. Called Appliance Rescue back and asked why the big price difference on the parts. No explanation just a $40 discount. Promised a call back from a manager but did not receive one. I called

Our dishwasher stopped draining. I suspected a blockage, but couldn't find it. I called a service company who charged me $49 for the visit. They immediately told me the drain pump was broken and quoted around $250 to fix it. I was unconvinced.
I then remembered that the dishwasher was still under warranty from Costco. They sent a repair technician from Appliance Rescue (Tech 130, Michael). He saw almost immediately that the blockage was in the line at the air gap, somewhere I hadn't thought to look.
Michael cleaned it out and gave us advice on how to keep everything running smoothly

I called to get an appointment for a quote but call initiated a text to that phone asking me if I need help. I called back to get info. It's about $100, so I don't know if it standard for home charge estimate, but it seems like a lot, especially during Covid times...most people not working. Then, booking the appointment, he had questions whether he goes to my area...put me on hold and said no.....It's next to Lake Forest and Mission Viejo. Okay....so went with a brand new appliance.

I called Appliance Rescue back in January to fix a wine refrigerator. They promptly came out on 1/23/20 and informed me that I needed a new control board and that they would need to order it. I paid for 1/2 of the total repair cost (including the part) which was around $200. Since then, I have called several times to get a status on the part and when they could come out to install it. Every time I call, someone tells me that they will need to check whether they got the part and would call me back. Not once has anyone called me back. I understand the whole issue with COV-ID and that they weren

One evening my refrigerator (less than a year old) decided not to work. The control panel that handles the refrigerator and the freezer would not respond. Fortunately, it was still under warranty....Whirlpool contracts with Appliance Rescue. The repair technician Michael F. #38 was a blessing. He went above and beyond the warranty service. He was pleasant and explained everything as he worked. The replacement parts had to be ordered and advised about any delays if the part was not in the local warehouse. Michael suggested how I could repair my leaky dishwasher and faucet. He suggested an

I called due to the great reviews. The technician came out twice and was very pleasant that why they got 2 stars. The first time out he said it was my thermostat and changed it. Within a week the high temp alarm came back on. The same tech came out and said he didnt know why the alarm was going off as the refrigerator was in good condition. He reset it and said it should be fine. The refrigerator portion continue to not cool. Called a 3rd time I was told there is nothing they can do. Called a new company within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem. They ordered the part and it's working great

My experience with Appliance Rescue was like night and day. The initial communication with Appliance Rescue was outstanding. They were very responsive to email and quickly set an appointment. The called about 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were enroute.
Once the technician arrived things got different. While I believe its more important to be technically competent rather than personable, it would have been nice to if the demeanor of the technician was a bit more on the friendly side. Once on scene the technician looked at my refrigerator and did not see the leak which

I woke up one morning to find my refrigerator stopped making cold air. I first checked to see if there were any electrical problems. There weren't. I tried calling a couple of local repair services, and neither one could get a technician to my house for 2 days. By then, all the food in the freeze compartment would have spoiled. My third call was to Appliance Rescue and they said they could have someone there that afternoon. I got a call a couple of hours later that the technician could be there earlier if that was okay with me. I said absolutely.
The technician arrived with mask,

The repairman quoted me over $400 for a motherboard for my wine refrigerator. I call the manufacturer and they quoted me $85 for the same part, including shipping.
The repairman installed the motherboard I ordered a few days later and told me the unit was now in good working order He said it would take 12-24 hours for it to reach the correct temperature. 48 hours later the unit was at the same temperature so I called the office to let them know the unit was still not working. They sent the same technician out and this time he stated that the compressor and condenser

Mack from Appliance Rescue arrived right on time and we got an advance call of his arrival. He knew we were prepared for bill of $300 or more, but he recommended that we buy a new refrigerator instead of spending big bucks on a new compressor. We asked for his recommendations on what to buy and he steered us to certain brands and away from Others based on his experience. We appreciated his help during a stressful time during the stay at home restrictions. I will be recommending him and Appliance Rescue to anyone else I know that needs assistance.
