The Whole Story: How Shane McLendon Builder (previously Home Remedies) and AC Remedies Came to Be. Opening the doors for business in 2007, Shane McLendon started his homegrown residential construction company Shane McLendon Builder LLC (previously Home Remedies LLC) with little more than a pick-up truck and a dream to change the interiors (and sometimes exteriors) of Mississippi, one home at a time.
A long-time resident of Mississippi, Shane grew up in Pearl, graduating from Pearl High School, and receiving a degree from Hinds Community College. Love of his profession and pride in a job well done is reflected in every remodel and repair he does. Because Shane grows a business on his home turf, he knows first-hand what his customers need and expect for service.
For remodels ONLY: if you have already had plans by a design firm drawn up for your remodel, there will be no charge for your consultation. However, if you do not have plans, due to the number of man-hours required for an estimate, there will be a $50 charge that will be applied to your invoice if you decide to have the work done.
