Michael was prompt, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Extremely neat and clean and careful while performing the service. The prices were way below what another company quoted me to fix it and am very happy!

Absolutely a great company to work with. Called their number, got a very friendly representative that booked my appointment. Situation involved a Viking range, about 13 years old, that had 4 burners not working. Chris, the technician they dispatched for the job, arrived promptly during the stated appointment window, knew the source of the problem within minutes, and was able to fix it quickly. He had the parts needed with him. The cost of labor and parts was very reasonable and with what I had expected. I would 100% recommend their services, as they met and/or exceeded my expectations.

After 12years my wife couldn't cook due to my Viking professional stove gas regulator. After a long research I went to the legit Viking website which gave some list of certified Viking tech . Im glad I called PROFIX APPLIANCES. I asked for Mike but spoke with Mark. Mark was professional and understanding. Mark gave me my appointment and time. Due to my work schedule Mark & I kept in contact by email and phone. Pedro & Herbert showed up to my house with company uniform and on time. Pedro diagnosed the Viking Professional stove and confirmed the issue. It was the Gas regulator. I also had him order

Solved a chronic problem with our icemaker that our original vendor couldn't fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fully explained the problem and how it occurred. Also fixed our beverage center which stopped cooling to set temperature. Again, experience with similar models and diagnostic tools zeroed in on the cause. Glad our equipment manufacturer relies on Profix.

If I could give Profix Appliance more than 5*'s I would!  The entire process from scheduling to the repairs was totally seamless and organized.  Profix is very honest and upfront with their costs, which is a major plus.
I first spoke with Mark in the office regarding my Viking fridge (unusually loud noise, issues with ice maker, condenser tray).  Mark was super pleasant, answered all my questions, and told me Mike the owner was the Viking expert and scheduled the repair with Mike.  After I set up the appointment, Mark immediately sent an email confirmation with the date and time of appointment

I would’ve use this service but Sobir was incredibly honest with me. Instead of just trying to take my money He was very sincere and honest. He recommended that I buy a new washing machine.
