Hideaway only covers the buildings, not the contents of the units. All personal property owned by the tenant would need to be covered by renters insurance, purchased by the tenant. Our property is secured by a chain link fence with barb wire around the entire perimeter and is monitored by 24 hour security cameras.

Penny is amazing and is a very helpful and wonderful person and I feel very blessed to have met her. The facility is very clean and the gate code always works for me. There is cameras on site and she monitors the site from her home as well. I highly recommend anyone needing a storage unit to come here!

This place is terrible, they never answer their phone or their emails. You have to have a code to get out of their facility which doesn't always work. My husband and daughter were at our storage unit and got trapped behind the gate due to the code not working and because my husband had to manually open the gate he ended up with a shattered leg and over $1,000,000 worth of surgeries. He called repeatedly to ask for help for over an hour. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible. We have been trying to pay our bill and get our stuff out but no one is available to answer the phone
