We had a broken garage door. I called Elizabeth Garage Doors and they ordered me a new garage door. I had another company come out and the customer service was absolutely awful. The other company gave me a yellow sticky note with the quote on it. Elizabeth garage door emailed me a detailed quote with time frame for install. On install date Jermey came to my house and installed our new door. He was amazing. Very professional and very easy to talk to. Jermey explained everything in detail, he picked up all the trash and recycled the rest. Truly a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Be careful when you call them. I asked them to come out to price a new garage door. I got multiple quotes from garage door companies. I went with another company. Since I didn't go with their quote they charged me for the call to come out to take measurements on my garage door. I refused to pay it and then they sent me to collections. Make sure if you do business with them, you ask up front what they will charge to just come out to your house for a new garage quote. There are many other companies out there that will will do it for free.

What a joke! Cancelled my service call after they didn’t show up on time. The crew showed up 20 minutes later. They pushed me into showing them my garage even though I told them I didn’t need them and that I was going to replace the garage motor myself. While in my garage they said nothing relevant concerning my inoperable motor, snooped around my things and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home. Then they slapped me with a hefty service fee! For what? Showing up to a cancelled appointment?! Disrespectful customer service followed up afterwards. The technicians lied about me and

Highly recommend Elizabeth Garage Doors!! Got a quote from Boulder Garage Doors saying I needed an entire door rebuild for $1400. At a minimum I needed to spend $700 for safety. Did a little research on that company and didn’t have a good feeling. Called Elizabeth Garage Doors and they came out the next day. All the work was done for $166. Professional,fast, trustworthy. Family owned company. Please support this business ;)

We got a quote from Elizabeth Garage Doors that was more in line with our budget compared to big box stores. Simon came out on a cold day and replaced our 15-year-old garage door. He was professional, completed the job within the time frame he predicted, and reviewed how the new parts work.
