I own a bar, and Juan fixed my heater pilot and was very nice. Quoted me a price and I paid cash to that exact amount. About a month later my heater broke again, and before coming on site he stated it was very old and possibly needed replacement. I asked if he could come on site and diagnose it before we make that assumption. After coming on site he quoted me 925 to replace the fan which was broken, and then increased it by 200 after sending me the invoice. Called Rite Temp because our AC broke and needed it repair AC. I called in the middle of the night and they were able to come in the next day to take a look. Thank god for them because they were able to find out lots of things going on with our unit. Carlos was informative and would highly recommend them.

Juan was very professional and prompt. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He was swift and efficient and very reasonably priced. I had to call him back due to a malfunction and he responded immediately and let me know what caused it and how to have the situation rectified. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an emergency gas furnace issue last night. We had the pleasure of working with the owner Carlos. Right off the bat he was straight forward with his prices for an emergency night check or tomorrow during the day. We waited till the morning. Carlos gave us a time frame and he came within that time frame. He told us that it was a quick fix and gave us some friendly advice. He fixed our issue in less than an hour. Prices are reasonable and service was great. He will be back for more work very soon. Thanks Carlos!!!!

They were not only helpful in getting to the point of interest in timely manner (during their busiest time in the midst of heatwave!!!), but also was able to diagnose with honesty and empathetic to the dire needs of the affected.
It is truly rare to see anyone in this line of business to be honest and caring. I am truly happy with their service and extremely grateful.
Will absolutely contact them again and again (but I really hope that I don't have to!!!).

Having the right combination of skill, knowledge, drive to excel and desire to provide excellent customer service are not easy in HVAC contracting business. I was lucky to encounter all above from Carlos of Rite Temp HVAC.
I needed to replace my boiler urgently in the middle of the winter. After having some unfortunate experiences with other HVAC contractors, I’ve found and called Carlos after an online search. He replied right way, came the same day to see what was needed. He explained what previous contractors should have done to fix the problem without criticizing them personally.

I am very happy with the service that was provided by Rite Temp HVAC. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
