Bill and assistant introduced themselves and got right to work. They located the problem and promptly fixed the leak. I asked about replacing the 2 tank hot water heaters with tankless ones. Bill looked an inventory of the hot water users and said he would work on an estimate as time allowed. I told him there is no rush deadline.

He was persistent, polite and clear in his explanation of a tricky problem that ultimately, was successfully resolved. I give him high marks for service.

Air conditioner was not cooling, called AxsomAir and they sent someone out the next day. Very nice young man who explained everything he was doing in detail and then explained when he had finished exactly what had been done. He also advised me some things to help keep the outside unit cleaner than it has been. Very good company to work with and very capable in what they do. I have been doing business with AxsomAir for over 6 years.
