Last year I Sat down with my salesman steve I was very straight forward about my vehicle needing to last at least 3 years. When we test drove my ford f150 the check engine light was on. We informed our salesman steve about the check engine light and found out it needed spark plugs. Steve agreed it was no big deal and they'd take care of that. Sweet.... While they were replacing the spark plugs they broke some of the plugs on the head. In the process the head had to be replaced. (Due to them not to me) a week or two after we got it the check engine light came back on. I called again and they looked

Absolute worst experience buying a car. They cleared the codes on the vehicle so when we went to get it checked out at a third party mechanic, everything looked fine... 10 miles down the road after purchasing check engine light came on and the oil light. There was $5000 worth of repairs needed and the dealership said sorry, you purchased it already, we won't take it back.

BEWARE!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! PHONEY DEALERSHIP! DROVE 6 HRS TO BUY A TRUCK THAT THEY ASSURED ME WAS TOP NOTCH CONDITION BUT AFTER I WAS HEADING HOME ON MY 6HR DRIVE THE BRAKES WERE SHAKING VIOLENTLY... I GOT HOME AND HAD THE BRAKES CHECKED AT A LOCAL DEALER AND THE PADS WERE COMPLETELY WORK OFF AND FRONT WERE BAD TOO W BAD ROTORS ALL… AROUND!!! HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!! TRIED TO GET DEALERSHIP TO COVER EVEN HALF OF THE COST AND THEY SAID NO BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF ME!!! WOW!! ALSO HAS A BAD TIE ROD AND THEY ALSO AGREED TO FILL THE GAS BUT WHEN I WAS HEADING OUT
