Services
We started Western PA Landscape Lighting, an independent company in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, in 2004. We are dedicated to providing our customers with custom designs, the most advanced LED equipment, and top quality workmanship that exceeds industry standards. We began as licensed electricians in 1975, and branched out to offer landscape lighting services in 1999 at a time when the job frequently fell to the people doing the landscaping.
Here in the Northeastern part of the county, we find ourselves in one of the most challenging environments for outdoor lighting fixtures. The cycling of freezing and thawing temperatures, acid rain and snow, and physical damage from animals can be hard on outdoor fixtures. All it takes is a household pet to damage some inferior aluminum and sheet copper products planted in the ground with plastic stakes.
True architectural LED fixtures are solid state devices constructed inside architectural grade components (body & lens) that are comprised of an electronic driver and an LED chip. They never require relamping because there is no bulb (lamp). The best fixtures utilize American made drivers and CREE XPG and XPL chips, which earn the highest ratings for technical performance.

Our installation methods have been developed and perfected over many years and that is what makes us different from the rest.
At Western PA Landscape Lighting, we specialize in creative, balanced lighting designs that illuminate and enhance all types and styles of landscapes and building architecture. We have illuminated stone mansions, cottages, waterfront homes, boat docks, cedar, brick and stucco homes that range in size from 750 to 36,000 square feet.
