At Brandt Architecture, we work as a team with our clients to assess their needs, objectives, project requirements and constraints. By listening, we take the time to understand their everyday needs and overall vision to collaborate on creative, thoughtful architectural solutions. We also collaborate with engineers and other designers to best fulfill the project needs.
An existing historic structure was renovated to a thoroughly modern purpose. The retail portion of the tenant space retains exposed brick walls and original ceiling, giving a nod to the building's original era. Modern conveniences like toilet, shower and locker facilities were added. The 25 seat cycle studio was design to take advantage of the corner property's storefront windows.
The addition of a spacious kitchen, mudroom, dining area and master suite opens the floor plan of this home to create an open modern living space. With large windows and big island the kitchen is bright and welcoming. The paneled mudroom is a classic touch and the bathroom tile in the master suite brings it to life.
At Brandt Architecture, we support our local community from serving on city review boards and volunteering at the community. Jill has had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles for various community organizations and Chamber of Commerce has allowed our team to engage more fully in the community.
