Delivery Report

You may use your own shipper, however please note that Some Old Some New does not provide any packing services, and will not crate, wrap or pad your item. Any items left after 30 days will be assessed $25 per week, per item for storage. For all pick ups, please bring your own blankets, pads and any other material you may need to secure your item or items.

Very poor customer service. I was a good customer but after trying to place an order for a small item I have learned the hard way the owners have no clue about customer service. The owner gave me the impression my item had been ordered. When I tried texting and stopping in the store to check to see if it had arrived I finally was told the order wasnt
placed until thee weeks later. I was told that it couldn't be ordered until there was a minimum dollar amount which of course I u
nDerstood. I received a nasty , yelling berating voicemail message from the owner that life
is hard.

Poor customer service. We bought a sleeper sofa from Diana. We inspected the sofa upon delivery and everything seemed in order. Due to Covid, we did not have any visitors in 2020. In 2021, our first guests used the sleeper sofa and they pointed out the the foot of the bed is a few inches higher then the head. I contacted the manufacturer, they said it was the responsibility of Some Old Some New (SOSN). When I contacted SOSN, Diana was all onboard saying we will get the manufacturer to resolve this, they are a custom manufacturer.... She even said I will come by your house to take a look. Now all

Great store for completely furnishing or adding to your decor. We were very pleased when our daughter-in-law introduced us to this spacious store, that is fully stocked with quality used and new furniture.
Cecil and Diana, the owners, have a very friendly, warm kind of southern charm. Everyone at the store is helpful and ready to accommodate customers. When I reported that we were having trouble with one of the electric recliners we bought in 2018, Cecil came to our house and fixed it. He discovered and reattached a power cord that probably came loose from our Robot floor vacuum.

Natalie and Liz were wonderful to work with. We purchased a small table and chairs from Natalie and was delivered on time.
Unfortunately, the table was too big. We spoke with Liz and got it traded for one that worked better. Excellent service by all.

I had a very bad experience with this place and with the owner. My roommate unknowingly purchased some furniture with mildew that smelled musty. She didn't realize it until she had it home. She paid an exorbitant price for them and they wouldn't let her return them. I will never do business there

I have purchased furniture and accessories from Cecil in the past. We recently had a very disappointing experience. He had a desk to sell but the key did not work. We told him how to fix it and asked that he give us a call once it was done and we would make the purchase. I visited the store today and found that the desk was "fixed". The price was increased and we did not receive a call. Needless to say, I left the store without making a purchase and I will not return. Not at all a good way of doing business.

My husband and I moved to Vero Beach about 4 months ago. We practically furnished our home from this store. They stock very nice furniture and decor. However, the owners really don't care about their customers, especially wife. She is so RUDE!!!
I ordered a can (quart)
of Farmhouse paint thru Lisa, who is always pleasant and helpful. She called me when it came in and stated in her voicemail thst she has it behind the desk with my name on it. Love this store! I furnished my house from here and they were so helpful! They were able to order my kitchen set from a manufacturer at a great price too! Everyone from the owners, to the salespeople and even the delivery men were so nice and professional! Thank you to Denise who never gave up looking for that perfect couch! I love it!
