We help you analyze the various aspects of your business and determine the best use of the square footage available to you. We also go over budget items to determine how much is too much' in terms of cost and return on investment when you are improving the interior of a building owned by someone else.

Our process begins with the most important part - a careful definition of what is required to fit the needs of the client. In order to do this, we need to spend time with you to review your needs, wants and expectations. Our typical project consists of three main phases, including pre-design, design, and construction drawing.
If a client truly wants a fully custom house inside and out, then a full set of Interior Architectural Design plans will be needed. These plans will specify the interior design, detail and finishes of everything, from countertops to flooring and from windows and doors to crown molding and base trim.
