We highly recommend them to our tenants. If a tenant moves out and doesn't clean their carpets, this is the company we call. We never have to worry about wet carpets or mildew from the carpets being saturated from heavy cleaning and we don't have to have the fans/AC running for days. Its dry within hours. Plus they have a call back warranty, so if we show up to do a move out inspection and area wasn't done well enough or a spot comes back - they will come back out! WOW. We have tried this with other companies (SEARS, Stanley Steamer) and they refuse "re-service" , even to the customer (!)... The

They called late on a Friday evening saying they couldn’t keep their scheduled appointment Tuesday morning after a long weekend. Nathaniel suggested later in the day or Wednesday. So I called back on Tuesday morning to see about rescheduling and asked about Wednesday.
