Called on the first of the month to notify them I no longer needed the unit. I was told i was "supposed to give notice" That wasn't stated when i began the rental. I then looked at my bank and saw I was charged for another month. Called back and was told "I must've signed up for automatic billing". I did not. Was told he'd "look into it", and never heard anything back from them. I've emailed as well, and still no resolution .
As to the storage hopefully you like mildew and never have to use the restroom while there. I had to throw away the one bag not sealed in plastic because of mildew or mold

The restroom is always disgusting. Although it's 'climate controlled' allegedly, its always freezing in the winter time. Not consistent with pricing of units and unreliable with contacting and resolving of issues. I had a unit and got another for a friend at the same time yet quoted her 10$ more for the exact same size unit and the price goes up during winter months for "climate control." The plus side is there are many different sized units and key access that has set hours.
