Took them four plus months on a job they said would take only a month, charged over 8000 for storage. Their lock box broke and they couldn’t get into my apartment so they climbed through the window for weeks. They prey off the insurance companies. They didn’t know the abatement company wasn’t even hired by them. They are holding my belongings hostage until they are paid and I won’t pay until I have my apartment back

I'm so glad that I was referred to Millan's Restoration Inc. for my water leak problem. It was extremely stressful situation to deal with on my own as a landlord. The leak was in the kitchen which I thought they would have to remove my flooring and replace it. However, they were able to dry out all the water without removing any flooring, do to the advanced drying machines they have. The best part is they dealt with my tenant and was able to keep them in the property during the time of repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their services.

I would highly recommend this company for any restoration job! Vincent, one of technicians, took me though the process from beginning to end. Answered all questions I had and made me feel like I was in good hands. I had some concerns along the way but he put my mind at ease. The project itself took less than week to complete. This is a 5 star company that I would use for any restoration project!

I own a commercial building which had undergone substantial water damage. I live out of state which normally would make situations like this difficult to handle. Milan’s Restoration was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Alex, from Milan’s, who handled my case. She fully dealt with the insurance company, performed water mitigation and completed the repairs. Our master bathroom sink's hot water supply line had burst flooding the bathroom and two bedrooms. My son recommended Millan's Restoration, a co-member of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce. The company's account manager/estimator, Tom Cole wrote the book on customer service. He was in constant contact with us, keeping us fully informed every step of the way. Quality of work his team performed far surpassed our expectations as the areas damaged by the water were restored. We liked their work so much, we contracted them to renovate our master bathroom shower and the result was excellent

Tom with Millan's Restoration has been so helpful in working with us on mold remediation on a property in Orange County. He dealt with the most obnoxious adjuster from the insurance company and handled everything! We just had a fire at a vacant property in Whittier and he was here within 20 minutes and helped us handle the board up, inventory all items and dealt with the investigators. If you have any type of water damage, flood or mold issues, whether you are an individual owner or a property owner, calling Millan's is the FIRST phone call you need to make and ask for Tom Cole.
