Terrible service. They didn't have all for windows installed. Only installed 5 of 7 windows claiming I only purchased 5 windows. I had to argue with Diamond Head rep, then they said others 2 are delayed, making like it was my fault. I said it's an inconvenience to take off work again for another installation. Respond was that I just leave my house unlocked for the workers to install the other 2 windows and if anything gets stolen...that's the reason you have home insurance for. I later spoke to someone else about this and they apologized.

Mark was great when he came to our townhome in Mililani to present His product and give us a quote. Yesterday installers Isaiah and Pomai were just outstanding in every way. They were friendly, professional and expedient and I’m super satisfied switching out our old jalousie windows to sliders and awnings. Measurements must have been exact, cause they fit like a glove and look great! Highly recommend this company!

They like to litter on private property with their lime green fliers. If they don’t respect private property, then what respect could they have for their customers? -PS: tape+sunshine+painted wood= damaged paint...on Private Property, if I hadn’t already mentioned that... Take your tacky fliers elsewhere.
