On the afternoon of March 3rd, 2021, The older guy behind counter (Pete) had an attitude that was as if we were interrupting & wasting his time. We needed to ge last thing (a bike) in the unit & was rudely informed the unit was only paid to Feb 11th. & he was not going to allow us to open it up until $108 was paid. He said: Well WHO are you? And where is (tenant of unit)? We told him: She's DEAD! (while we were calling the person in charge of her after death affairs) I told him “Geez, You could TRY being nice!” We walked out to finish phone call & found out the storage was already emptied by

It's a decent location but I feel that for the many security measures they have in place, they should be more strict on enforcing the rules within their facility (regardless of housing situations or income) I pay $75/month for a 5x5 storage unit. While I appreciate the efforts of Affordable Self Storage staff members to contribute to assisting individuals that are between housing, I do not agree with their lack of following the rules stated in the rental agreement and those posted within the storage facility hallways.
