This family owned business is growing bigger every year. I did not even get outside quick enough to tell my husband that he would be getting a call. He was already on the phone with them. We met with them less than 2 hours later to discuss our needs. Within 24 hours of the initial call, the trees were down. Nice young man, straight shooter, I was very impressed with his initial visit and estimate.

Josh Carey gave me a quote and then ghosted for almost 2 weeks. I was waiting for him to call back because he gave me the best price of the quotes I received. He randomly sent me a text Wednesday to tell me the tree would come down today, Friday. This rental property so my tenant made special arrangements for him to be there today. He never called, never showed up and will not return texts or phone calls. I have since to him he is not to step foot on my property, we have hired someone else and he no longer has the job. Excellent experience. We had a large tulip poplar removed that was growing close to our house . They showed up went straight to work and had most of the tree down and branches cleaned up in a couple of hours. They worked very fast and efficiently. Thanks for the great job.

Josh Carey came out and quoted my tree removal and gave me a date. He didn't come out. He didn't call to say he wouldn't make it. He won't return my emails. He won't return my calls. Maybe he's out of business. Who knows?
It's a shame I took a day off work for him to stand me up. I'll be sure everyone knows about it.
