For over a month now, LandWorx has promised that someone would come by and provide an estimate for hardscaping and landscaping. After 2 no shows ( with me taking off of work to ensure I would be home) it has become clear that they are not a customer oriented organization. Don't waste your time with these people.

Wow! I have never been spoken to so rudely by a company as I was spoken to by the woman who answers the phone at Landworx. I have called over the last few weeks in order to get a quote. I was called back by the owner, Pete, and to my fault, I missed his call as I was at an appointment with my son, and when I called right back, no one answered. So, today, I called to apologize for missing the call, and to schedule receiving a quote for a patio. The woman told me they were no longer taking estimates and proceeded to ask me what the problem was with answering the phone and stated, "well it's a cell

This company delivers. I was impressed of how professional these group of men are. I am very happy with the back retaining wall that they did. It saved my property and gave it curb appeal. I live 5 hours away. Pete came up with a few of his guys to come completely transform my backyard in one day!
He did this as a surprise gift for my family because my husband was deployed for a year overseas just months after our first child was born. He did this because he is a good person.

We spent $100k on our landscaping project, the owner Pete was very accommodating before the final payment was made, then right after, his whole attitude changed. There was never anybody answering the phone at the office, he never replied to phone messages I have left, when texted him with the requests, he said he doesn't like customers texting him and he blocked us from any further textings, funny thing is, he never complained about us calling and texting him before the final payment was made.

Having a new home built early this year was one of the most stressful experiences we have encountered. Our home was complete inside but there was no landscaping package included. We were using Landworx all summer for regular lawn maintenance. We asked for a quote to do some mulching, etc. We were quoted $1400. When we were invoiced, the bill showed $1600+. We questioned the invoice, were told no problem & invoice was corrected. This year, we needed more work done. They never showed. We called several times, finally got the… owner on the phone. He stated to us, “No one has ever questioned my pricing. You should’ve just paid the invoice. We won’t be doing any work for you any longer.” All they had to do was notify us the pricing was going

Pete and crew did our steps today. Why is it that it takes 5 landscaping companies to quote and commit, but to never follow up? Is work that good? Not Landworx! I wish I had hired then on our first project. Competitive pricing, friendly, they actually respond, and provide a fantastic product!! Stop reading and call... seriously.
