They are a joy to work with. Very methodical in discussing and setting up the work requirements, and great selection and recommendations on cabinetry, countertops and wall and floor tiles. With the advent of Covid, it was not possible to work in person after the original consultation. Totally 5-star experience! Ruby and her team did an amazing job of a complete remodel of our condo on Fort Myers Beach. Ruby was a pleasure to work with, her advice and expertise were spot on. When we decided to do a major remodel in our Condo our biggest decision was to find the right designer and contractor. Well, we found both with Interiors Unlimited. We couldn't be happier with the Interiors team and the finished project. We first met with Ruby and Les and went over what we were looking to do. They helped us finalize building our plans. Ruby worked with us over the coarse of a few weeks to finalize our design, colors, materials and finishes. She was able to blend what we were thinking about with great ideas of her own. The demolition and remodeling of our two condo bathrooms was recently completed by Interiors Unlimited on-time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent and we particularly enjoyed our relationship with Ruby from start to finish. She was excellent in helping us select the final product and finishes plus we were particularly pleased with how our vanity tops coordinated with the shower tiles. Excellent office personnel, Field Supervision, and craft. Interiors Unlimited installed tile in our small Laundry room within a couple of hours after we asked for an estimate. We were pressed for time and asked if they could squeeze it in if they had a job end early. They did and then they did an Amazing job. They found quality tile in storage, eliminating the time delay in ordering it, they called and received verbal permission from the condo manager, and then within two hours of our first conversations, started the process of installing the tile. One of the most horrible experiences we have ever encountered concerning a contractor. First off, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional with their verbal assaults. Secondly, the price gouging was extreme. This company knew the situation my family was due to another contractor walking off the job (he was unlicensed) different nightmare all together. Do not hire this company, you will be sorry that you did. We are currently filing a lawsuit against them for shoddy workmanship. They cut corners and the workmanship was sub-par at best. We will now have to hire another contractor to fix all
