Everyone at DL Phillips is committed to doing quality work. I have used their services several times in small repairs and minor updates. Most recently they enlarged a bedroom. Their communication is excellent and they take care to be sure to do exactly what I want. I have been very satisfied. I am hiring them now to do a larger remodel job.

I needed an experienced contractor to determine needed repairs of my home's cedar siding. David Phillips and Tim Gibbons from D.L. Phillips Construction inspected the siding, and from their observations and recommendations, I knew they were exactly right for the job. They were professional and organized, and clearly explained the scope of the repairs. Their work crew showed the same professional attitude on the job, and it was clear they were all highly skilled at what they do. On side note, D. L. We recently had some necessary repair work done by D.L. Phillips Construction, in preparation for new flooring for our kitchen. D.L.Phillips worked closely with B & R Flooring to coordinate and complete the project in addition to keeping our costs within reason.
We appreciate very much the personal attention given to our project by the owners, contractors and subcontractors. We received clear explanations for what was being done and good follow through for what had to be done. We started out not knowing exactly what was needed but the team jumped right in and located the problem and the best solution

I had a patio door replaced with a large window. The crew from DLPhillips Construction, not only was on time and prepared for any "surprises" when removing the existing door, but they completed the task, cleaned up, and were finished within four (4) hours! The price was very reasonable and even less than I anticipated. I will definitely use this remodel company for my next home project.
