At Hayes Unfinished Furniture there are three ways to buy your real wood furniture; you can choose an unfinished piece, take it home and finish it yourself. You can select a piece of prefinished furniture on the showroom floor, or if you prefer, you can select an unfinished piece, choose your custom colors, and let us finish it for you.

We bought a coffee table in the color my husband wanted for his recreational room. We then went back there this week and ordered another coffee table and hallway stand to have finished. Cannot wait to see them completed. They have been great and super helpful! Very nice quality furniture and finishes. We definitely will use them for our future wood furniture needs! Don't waste your time.
Despite the technicality of it being wood it isn't solid wood. It's some sort veneer imported from Vietnam... Probably made with rainforest wood.
We attempted to return our furniture when we discovered this and he refused to allow it.

Beware: the owner uses the term "real wood," this does not mean solid wood. Sharing our complaint resulted in no action; we were told we were out of luck and "there's no way you're getting your money back." Attractive, sturdy furniture, but not what we believed that we paid for.
