Some of our service prices are based off of lawn square footage, which provides consistency & simplifies the quoting process. Customers may sign up for as many or few services as they need. Includes mowing all turf to a healthy height, trimming around buildings and obstacles, edging concrete/hard surfaces, & blowing off non-turf areas.
Bi-weekly maintenance is also an option for a 35% per service price increase. This is a per "step" (application) price. Our 8-step program covers fertilizing, soil nutrition, weed control, & grub control. Our simplified pricing helps you budget and gives you peace of mind knowing you won't be hit with a random $300 bill mid-summer for a "special treatment service".
Use of special machinery to pull 2-3 inch "plugs" from the lawn to alleviate soil compaction and increase nutrient absorption. Price includes the option for the customer to mark their own sprinklers and obstacles with provided flags. You're on your way home after a long shift at work.
