I would highly recommend you stay away from Ray or using Ray as your contractor. We provided $5000 for Ray to secure one of his properties as he agreed to hold the construction loan. He spent 60 days doing nothing and then only refunded $3800 of the $5000 because he didn’t want to hold the loan.. basically he took the money with the intent of holding the loan then backed out and didn’t refund the money. Trust me, this is not someone you want to work with or trust on a large project.

An unfortunate water leak turned into a first floor remodel. Ray listened to my ideas and made my vision come to life! He coordinated his top notch vendors and completed our job on time. Ray is very easy to work with and was responsive to my concerns. I love our new kitchen and the refreshed first floor of our home!

We were lucky enough to have Ray Bullins agree to a 4 phase multi year renovation of our home which came with a lot of surprises as expected on a old home. Ray approached each challenge as an opportunity to raise the bar of the design are deliver a superior experience to our home. The projects came in on time and on budget. We now have a beautiful home we are proud of, but more important to us is we love living in a Bullins. Once you have one…you’ll understand.

We found Ray Bullins Construction to be professional, easy to work with, and a pleasure to communicate with, while working thru the preliminary, planning, contracting, construction, and completion phases. One of the areas that can significantly impact customer satisfaction is the subcontractors a contractor uses.We were especially pleased with some of their subcontractors that were exceptional.
An example was their masonry contractor at the time, Huntley Brothers out of Mint Hill. Top Notch workmanship.

We purchased a new construction home that Ray built in the Arbor Run community just south of Stokesdale about 4 years ago. As time goes by it is so evident that quality construction is first on the list for Ray Bullins Construction. The attention to detail and superior craftsmen that he employs is evident in the homes that Ray has built. Working with Ray was a great experience.
