I've done a lot of house rebuilding work over the last thirty years; always with various subs and contractors on all types of property. Learned a lot over the decades by rehabbing coastal to country homes, and even a few historic restaurants. My projects have gotten bigger over the years, even lifting/pouring new foundations, followed by complete gut and interior/exterior restorations. After the devastating 2017 fires in Nor Cal, I relocated to So Cal, and began looking for a new general contractor for pending personal projects. I'm writing this review because I was so impressed by Rudy's helpfulness. I recently had him out to provide a quote for us. One of the tings I wanted to know is if our refrigerator could get closer to the wall. Right away he dropped to his hands and knees to get the rollers working on our fridge, pull it from the wall, and then explain what could be done. Wow! that's service. He went on to listen to other dilemma's we were struggling with and gave great suggestions that other contractors who came to bid were unable/unwilling to do.

I had a very good experience with Rudy and Arlington Construction.
After identifying some home repairs, I needed some advice and work done quickly. Rudy spent extensive time with me reviewing site photos and giving advice in our first conversation. Then at his initial visit he gave further advice and even gave me information I could use to do some of the work myself.
Since I was rushed and also pleased with his professionalism, I asked him to quote the job and added two additional tasks. He gave me an initial estimate and in a later chat set a date to do the work. He and another of his

Needed a handicap ramp built for my father, Called Rudy met me at my dads house the same day told him what I wanted even got a lot of ideas from him got the estimate the next day "good price" that was Monday he started the ramp on Wednesday and was complete by the weekend.
looks good and is well built! Rudy is easy to get hold of and always calls back.
It's nice to have someone you can trust working for you.
My Dad now wants his patio rebuilt ,there's no question on who he will call.
