We have been using Mountain Pride for over a decade now and they are and have always been fantastic to work with! Professional, helpful, courteous, and fair. They offer a variety of services in addition to carpet cleaning such as grout cleaning, ozonation treatments, mold remediation, flood/leak restoration, etc. We've used them for all of it and they are excellent every time. Really impressed with not only the customer service but the finished product. Our carpet was pretty trashed and we were considering getting new carpet, but wanted to try Mountain Pride. Luckily we did, after the cleaning it gave it new life again and looks great. Everyone from the office staff to the people who came to do the cleaning were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.

They are incredible at what they do. Extremely professional, great at communicating, flexible, and the results were incredible. They cleaned all my carpets, rugs, and sofas. We had two chairs that I doubted were going to come out clean and they are like new! Highly highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. Best in Summit County!

Mark, Curt & George did a fantastic job of cleaning the house we recently purchased. Much of the property was covered in layers of cat hair and had multiple cat urine stains which took them a lot of time to sanitize, deodorize and (hopefully) get out. Their honesty in assessing that three of the chairs could not be cleaned due to the saturation of urine was appreciated and I was not charged for a service that could not be performed to their standards. Will definitely use them again as they went above and beyond what we expected. Kudos to Mark for such taking such pride in a family owned business
