By far the best lawn service I've had in 15 years. I saw a sign in one of my neighbors lawn and always thought their lawn looked great. Had some issues with one of the big National brands so we gave them a shot. Lawn has never looked better. Technicians are always professional and had a neighbor stop by to ask who we were using. Highly recommend.

Johan Mosqueda did a great job. It could be that I live in a new development that I'm still seeing a lot of insects in my landscape, especially the grass in the backyard.
I will update my review once I've seen a full month's outcome.
I've been very pleased with contacting their customer service department. They were able to answer my questions regarding being a new customer and what treatments would work best to start out on.

Well, I used them for 2 years (seasons). The program is weed control and fertilization.
For two years I never actually witnessed them doing the work. I'd get home in the morning or wake up early and see a Gecko sign in the yard already, and think to myself "dang".
However the last two times my yard was treated, I was home; it sure seems like they were there for 5 mins.
I personally can't broadcast spread and spot treat for weeds in 5 mins. Which is what was done supposedly, according to my Email. But ok.

I had a salesperson come to my home to solicit business and made all of these promises about how much the service will help grass growth and kill my weeds and how the technician would check in with me and discuss what my lawn needed to thrive.
None of that happened. After months and hundreds of dollars my grass is no thicker, greener, or filled with less weeds. And on top of that the "technician" who came to my house never communicated with me and was on my property for less than 5 minutes a piece.

Signed up for what I was led to believe was monthly service. The first 2 visits were like clockwork, then it was 6 weeks before next visit. During the next gap I started to get a lot of weeds and bare spots in my yard. I had to call and ask for service, at this point it had been 2 months since last service. They apologized and offered a complimentary spraying and they came out within the week. The day after that treatment a team member stopped by and said if the weeds still persist to call in ten days. Our grass was horrible for years and we've always wanted to walk barefoot or let the kids roll around in it. We finally went with Gecko green, our technician 'Alex' is a pro and knows his ('CENSORED'). From the beginning - it wasn't "Hey, spray...ok bye". It was a handshake, discussion of the game plan, what all is involved and what is/was expected from us, the home owners. WOW!, 2 years down the road - we have such an enjoyable lawn!! Walking barefoot in Texas lawn's is NOT impossible! We chatted up with Alex today, with our next game plan, backyard

Beware, these people are scammers! Sales rep Joshua came to my door, offered 1/2 price for just one treatment ("to try us out"), he had me confirm exactly that (one time treatment) on the phone with his office, and then very late evening email comes in that I supposedly signed up for one year full price treatment plan! These people don't have any shame at all.

Started using Gecko Green in March. I was billed twice. Billed twice again in April. They say they only show payment once for each month. Now, I get charged again in May. Except this time I haven't received any service! Again, they don't show these payments. I called to dispute with my bank, and they say the ACH payment is going to Gecko Green. Hopefully to end this all, I just cancelled service all together! I do NOT have money to give away! On top of that, my yard doesn't look any better, anyhow!

Kyle Robinson from Gecko Green is truly a great guy. We are new to their pest service, and he arrived timely, explained everything he was doing. Took his time to check the entire area and proceed with the job. He was polite and never rushed us while we were telling him our concerns

Well, Albert, there's nothing about my lawn or the weeds that the city can complain about, as it's within the city ordinance guidelines, secondly. I'd rather deal with an H.O.A. than you with--trying to fear people into paying for your products....
And finally, I don't have an H.O.A. Don't want to deal with H.O.A. either

I called 972/899-9249, today, and a woman answered the phone. I told her that I wanted to know what services they offered. She wanted my personal information, and I told her my city and my first name but that was all I wanted to provide at the time. She hung up on me. DO NOT USE THESE RUDE IDIOTS. It's all about the money. Wanted my info so that they could harass me till dooms day. But hanging up on someone for no good reason is below juvenile.

While this company has great intentions, and you get a strong feeling of that during the sales pitch. Their tech's do not reflect the quality the sales team pitches. I recommend installing cameras on your property to witness what actually occurs.
I had requested 2 times to please apply weed control to my yard. Both times the call taker assured me "Your account has been noted and our tech will take care of that". Both times they did not apply weed control.

Spoke to Rick with Gecko Green yesterday evening. Was still shopping around, and just wanting to get a quote. He gave me the quote, then started in with the hard sell.
I know you guys are a business trying to make a buck. But the hard sell really really does nothing but shut me down.
