I contracted them to do some fence repairs for us. Put down my deposit on June 5 and was told they were 6 weeks out. As we neared 6 weeks I called and was told I was 3rd in line and I should hear from them in the next week. Two more weeks pass (our yard hassle been marked for over a week). After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I was told my file was in the “In Progress” folder and I should hear from them soon, but would not give a timeline other than to tell me they were currently 8 weeks out. If we had had an extremely wet summer, I would have understood the delay, but it had not been.

Quality Fence sent an estimator out to give me a bid. All I knew was my gate did not close properly. There was a place where the fence looked to me like it might be separating and causing the gate to sag. They gave me an estimate and I signed it, plus sent 1/2 downpayment. When the actual worker came to fix it he told me the fence had nothing to do with it. He was told there were a couple of hoizontal boards that I wanted straightened out but that was never an issue with me. Over all, he did 3 things that took him a total of 20 minutes. I asked for a discount and refund of my money. The office

Even though we had some confusion and communication issues in getting the fence built, with the look we wanted, these guys showed why they are calling themselves Quality fence. They took down nearly half of the fence at their own cost to make it right, no questions ask. They could have given us run around and someone with much less integrity would have done so..These guys made it right. I would have them build fence for us again. Good guys, quality fence.

I needed a small fence project constructed in 2013. I had a neighbor bringing her dog over to do his business in my front yard. I called Quality Fence the first week of November thinking I could squeak in their schedule before winter was upon us. We had a mild winter thus far as often is the case in November and December. I had drawn up my ideas so it was a pretty clear cut job. They came out in just a few days of me calling to see what I needed and to collect 50% of their quoted price. So I waited. And waited. Everyday I would come home thinking surely the Quality Fence crew would be building
