While we're working, we make sure to treat clients' property with respect. For this reason, we bring our own water and remove waste water from the premises. We use Sta-Clene 940 fiber and fabric protector which guards against future spills, stains, spots, and soils. This treatment will help keep stains from penetrating and ruining carpet fibers and furniture fabric.
Nothing is more important than your complete and total satisfaction. If for any reason you have concerns about your cleaning, we'll return and re-clean the areas free of charge. We’ve had our basement flood at our old and current home. Our current home has a finished basement so when it flooded we had a lot of work to clean everything up. Both times we called Guarantee Carpet Clean and they came immediately (like Saturday night they were there in 15 minutes). It’s hard to find great service that you can trust. This place is great. They are our go to if we need their services. Highly recommend!

I was scheduled to move in to my new office, but couldn't until the place was thoroughly cleaned. But my new landlord couldn't get her usual service to respond to her phone calls for over a week, so I suggested she call Guarantee. Crystal answered the call and her crew was on the job in 2 days. First they cleaned the VERY dirty carpeting, then their janitorial services scrubbed everything spotless. I knew Guarantee cleaned many of the BGSU dorms and if they can clean up after a whole class of slovenly college students, they can clean ANYTHING!
