As the youngest of seven children, I grew up learning and working in this business, (or should I say living and breathing it!) You could say that I'm obsessed with customer satisfaction for each and every account we service, from our residential clients to our many commercial accounts. I personally inspect each job, and greatly value my team of personally-trained service technicians who each have 15 to 30 years of experience.

Thank goodness for Beverly Overhead Door! When we bought our new home, we knew that we would eventually need to replace the garage doors. I was having problems with my garage doors and remote controls, which were 15 years old. Jim answered all of my questions via phone calls and texts over several days, trying to help me troubleshoot. He went way above and beyond the call of duty. Eventually when I reached a road block, Jim drove a long way to get to my home and spent 4 hours fixing my garage doors and remotes, while telling amusing stories the entire time. He really knows his stuff and his company provides great customer service. I'd recommend him highly.

A huge "thank you" to Jim Mitchell of @Beverly Overhead Garage Door! He came out to my client's home within HOURS of being called to fix a very finicky garage door system. And while Jim was there, he even helped out (like a champ) a solo guy trying to move a super heavy & awkward front load washer down the steps!
