I had batteries installed along side my existing solar system and Sarah was the rep that helped me with the process. She's knowledgeable and client-oriented. From questions about the process to financing the project to questions about the batteries themselves, she covered it all in a timely manner. We're very with all it all turned out.

Sarah came down to my house to do a quote. I agree with others that she seemed very knowledgeable and detail oriented. My complaint is with the quote and how misleading it is . It bothers me and I wonder how many homeowners look into this more to see if this is accurate in their situation or not.
For my situation the numbers seemed way off. It was a simple 2 page quote that claimed I would save over $100,000 over 30 years. Outstanding appointment with Charles, we are all in for solar, but had some reservations as to what company to go with. Charles went far beyond any expectations i may have had. He was prompt, and answered every question I had, never felt like he was just there to sell me something. He was generally interested in our needs and even had to make a return trip to make sure everything was exactly correct. My experience with Parry and the rest of the team at Kosmos Solar has been fantastic! While I was hesitant at first to make the switch to solar, I’m so glad I did. My system has been installed for just over 2 months now and I have not had an electric bill yet, not to mention I’ve banked over $200 in energy credits that carry over to future months. I did end up financing my panels rather than buying them outright, but my monthly payment is still lower than my average electricity bill was before making the switch. I've had panels installed by Kosmos Solar for over a year now and I can proudly say that I have yet to have an electrical bill.
