Platinum Heating and Air are excellent! Peyton and Zac (I hope I spelled it correctly) were absolutely amazing! The removal and replacement installation of the AC and furnace was absolutely flawless. The technicians were so respectful of my mother recovering from a hospital stay, they worked quickly and as quietly as possible hardly knew they working as diligently as they were, very professional. The clean up was impressive also, not one ounce of trash or waste was left behind. Excellent job I highly recommend this company...the AC and furnace work beautifully. Thank you so much.

Our A/C went out on a late Friday August afternoon. My wife made an SOS call to Platinum (excellent customer service by the person who took our call) and the next day Peyton showed up - he had us up and running in no time. Unfortunately, it was time to replace our 12 year old unit. Peyton set us up with a Tuesday install - which I could not believe after hearing horror stories from friends and co-workers about their long waits to get new A/C. The crew, Zach and Cary, arrived promptly at 9:00 am and finished up by 2:00 pm - just like Peyton promised! They were fantastic. Professional, personable

I have been using Platinum 500 for years! They installed my whole house dual zone system for thousands less than anyone else! To top it off the Platinum protection covers everything from service to repairs! Had a capacitor replaced 3 years after install and didn’t cost me a dime! Best company I have ever worked with when it comes to HVAC!!! I will never use anyone else and will only recommend them!!!

I have tried various HVAC services for seasonal preventive maintenance & cleaning and these guys outshined them all. They actually clean your system, inside and out along with a nice coat of wax. After the cleaning in June 2016, the owner, Mr. Charles De Shazo, warrantied my unit for July 2016, the hottest month of the year, and unfortunately, my unit went down. Mr. De Shazo kept his word, at his loss, and replaced a faulty capacitor and days later, a faulty compressor for my heat pump, at no cost. A deal is a deal, and they stood by it, no questions asked!
