After an unfortunate flood in my home (pipe break) i called Allen Keith from a recommendation. First their water mitigation team "Cleantech" came out and in a matter of hours, had my basement on the path to drying out. I'm a picky guy and what really stuck out was the attention to detail and care they took with my items in the basement, covering it up with plastic and gave me great feedback on the process. Next the project manager "Cody" came out and again great feedback, walked me through the process, gave great recommendations and got us lined up. The repair team was very courteous, clean, cleaned

This review is long overdue, but deserved. In June 2020, I had a major flood in my house due to a water supply line failure. It was almost 7 months of work to get everything back to original (and much better) condition. Cody W. was the estimator and Jim N. was project manager. All of the work was done well, and all of their employees were professional and responsive.

After 3 waterline leaks in my slab were found, I called the Allen Keith company for turnkey remediation and repairs. From the initial visit the same day that I called through the entire process from clean up of the water damage, plumbing repairs, removal and then replacement of the main floor flooring and furniture put back in place, every Allen Keith person that worked on this project was professional and focused on quality.

Horrible experience. Had Allen Keith working on an insurance claim and could not get them to come finish the job. Even my claim agent calling their management staff had no effect. They stopped giving me my contractors voicemail (he never returned any calls anyway). And instead of fixing water damage they literally just put drywall mud over it then painted it, cost $400. Didn't check to see if their was more damage or anything about fixing the actual problem.

The two women that cleaned our house after our basement fire did an excellent job! Everything is clean and neat! They are very professional. Our youngest son, who was home doing online schooling, said he got used to them being here and thought they were fun. He was sorry to see them go. They cleaned the whole house top to bottom in a week and were very thorough. I would have then back in a heartbeat!
