As ODOT Level 3 Bridge prequalified, we have experience and expertise in all types of bridges, including complex structures. We have built bridges throughout Ohio, and in West Virginia and Indiana. We have completed over 55 covered bridge projects and many unique timber bridge structures. You will find no company in Ohio more experienced in this type of construction.
We do all types of water and wastewater treatment projects including pump stations, utilities, new plants and renovations of existing facilities. Our clients include the City of Columbus, various municipalities, counties, and private utilities. With our staff of experienced professional engineers, we design and construct temporary earth retention systems, helical anchors, tiebacks and conventional underpinning.
Our specialized equipment allows for installations inside existing buildings and structures and in many low-headroom situations. We are experienced in installing piles and shoring systems with very tight constraints.

The Righter Company, Inc. was founded in Columbus, Ohio, in 1976 by Donald and David Righter, a father and son team. As a general contractor, the company slowly but steadily grew. In 1984, Donald Righter retired and was succeeded by David Righter as President for the expanding and profitable construction company.
