Ivy fencing continues to disappoint my family. We were supposed to receive a call back in regards to a claim regarding the fence they installed. The fence they installed has been faulty and defective in keeping our dog safe. We have one dog dead and one dog is still missing. They have yet to take responsibility on this matter and have yet to return our call which was promised days ago.

I called to get a quote, Stacy came out and measured off where I wanted my fence, then emailed me a quote the next day. It was the lowest quote I got. There were a couple of guys that made an appt to come give me a quote, that did not even show up.
He gave me a start date, and the guys showed up to start that date and time. Stacy was with them, he made sure they knew exactly what to do. Then he tells me they are the best crew in the state. When they get finished, I tell them, and him that he was right, Cory and Charles are the best crew in the state.

I called the company and asked to send someone for estimate, after measurements were taken I was told that I will be contacted in a few days to discuss the estimate. Week later they finally called and ask for my email address so they can forward the quote, after another week of waiting i called again and asked to speak to the person who came to the house and did the measurements. Nobody contacted me since. Very poor customer service!!
