SUNCOAST ARCHITECT is a Florida architecturally licensed design corporation located on Dearborn Street in historic Olde Englewood Village. Our firm's commitment to both Charlotte and Sarasota counties, our primary markets, is at the core of our mission statement, through our work and volunteer involvements.

As our team members have worked with large firms during our careers, we have purposely skewed the bland "bigger is better" focus towards "personal inclusiveness".

Services
Elaine is the President as well as co-founding partner of SUNCOAST ARCHITECT. She has over 30 years experience, having performed design, development, general contracting, consulting and/or project management in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, Louisiana, Texas and Florida. She has worked as a team member on multiple-year, complex projects and as lead Architect for AIA-award winning projects.
