They had the truck, and it was clean. Pick-up was professional.
The RETURN was a different story - got dinged $25 for 'cleaning' because of a napkin left in the cab, and told I hadn't "blown out" the back. What?
Perhaps worse was dismissive and palpably condescending attitude of the woman to whom I expressed my disappointment. "Well I"m *sorry* you're disappointed."
Was the van fine - yes. Would I recommend another location. Also yes.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Came to pick up a U-Haul rental I had already reserved and nobody was at the office. When I called, they told me that I had to wait 30+ minutes or call U-Haul to go somewhere else to pick up the truck. I would had appreciated a call (they had all my information) to let me know the office was going to be closed on their regular business hours and I would avoided my long trip to their facility.

This facility is well maintained and I have no problem with the storage space. Their online bill pay is horrible. I have tried several months to pay online and it has only worked once or twice. It's March 1st today and I've tried since Feb 25th to log on and pay. I got logged in but there was not a pay my bill option. I emailed the management and I was only told to do exactly what I had already done with no results. This is ridiculous!

I've been storing property with Abundant Space for near to 2 years now, maybe a little longer. I've been pleased with the customer service and the unit I'm renting. There was even an occasion when someone mistakenly entered my unit (theirs was in another aisle) and they kindly replaced the lock that was cut off of my unit. All in all a good experience!

I've got nothing but great things to say about Abundant Space! The facility is brand new so all of the units are in perfect condition. I was able to secure a space without any wait or hassle and the owners have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a storage space!
