Heights Glass Inc. has been providing glass repair and glass installation services in the greater Houston area since 1978. We are proud of our history, longevity, and our continuing level of service to the community. A wide range of commercial services including storefront, wine rooms, glass & mirrored walls.
Got a quote in under two minutes of walking in and they had my mirror ready in under an hour. Fair pricing, Highly recommend this place. Used Heights Glass for a renovation/addition of our home. They provided window glass, wavy glass in a few of our old windows, re-glazed all of our old windows, provided glass for cabinets, and the glass and hardware for two showers.
Would use them again. Heights Glass came to the rescue when I needed a pane of glass my son broke! Every other place I called either didn't cut glass, didn't have the blades to do it, or didn't have the glass in stock. Great customer service and friendly people! Brought my car in at 8 AM to have the side window replaced.

You would think as long as heights glass has been in business they would know how to run a business but not so. I went in to get request an estimate for a glass wall. Anthony was so busy he could barely take time to discuss the project with me. this was on 12/21/21.
Anthhony told me he would have an estimate to me by 12/23. today is 1/4/22 and i still dont have an estimate.
I called several times and the lady answering the phone told me each time she would check with anthony and call me right back. DID NOT HAPPEN.
She finally told me they were busy and she would get the estimate to me asap

Every time I called Heights Glass I spoke with someone different and everyone seemed clueless. I had to call them 3 times to try to get someone to come and measure the window because they wouldn't call me back with a time. The guy that came out to measure the window was supposed to be at my house at 8:30 am. I had to call Heights Glass at 9am to see if anyone was actually going to come. Yes it was a crazy weather day but good customer service would have been them calling me and informing me that they were still coming however they were running late. Instead I got "oh sure... we can send someone

Heights Glass replace my glass shower door, now I have to call someone out every 6-9 months due to door sagging. Prior to them replacing my shower door my door worked fine for over 8 years. Poor Workmanship from this company. The whole unit was replaced by your company a little over a year ago, and that's when I started calling for adjustments for the the door sagging now three times!

The house we bought had an uneven seamless glass shower door closure that was causing a leak every time we took a shower. I called heights glass and they had about a 6 day lead time to send people out for repairs. Today Alex and James came and did an excellent job repairing my shower door. In and out fast and a professional fix. Very fair price as well. Will recommend them to neighbors

Height Glass Rocks!
I had this giant picture frame that was valuable but my the artwork in it was not my style. I wanted to get a mirror put in the frame and use in my home gym. I called Bobbit glass and was quoted more than $950. This caused me to hesitate and leave the frame in my garage for another 6 months. I called Heights Glass (wish I had thought to sooner) they did it for more than half of what Bobbit quoted - same 1/2 glass, same specs. They also picked up, delivered and installed - not part of Bobbit's estimate. It looks fabulous and I am sorry I hadn't sought them out sooner. My hope

I have used heights glass for years and have been very pleased with their work until today. I had a chip in my windshield due to the terrible Houston roads. I have had chips fixed at Heights with excellent results but today was the exception. I wish they had told me it was going to look worse when they repaired it. I asked one of the guys and he said it just depended on the angle the glass was hit. I will use heights again but maybe not for chips

Not very knowledgeable, arrogant, and almost useless. Anything they sell you can buy online four times cheaper. I called and explained in great detail that I needed clips to hold glass shelves, with stainless steel cable that goes through the hole. They told me they had them in to come back on Monday. I came by and they showed me adjustable shelf pin style holders, not for the cable that goes through the glass shelf to be suspended off the ceiling, as I have explained. Then the owner took down my information and got back to me with some estimates. These people quoted me over $1,000 for $50 roll

I bought an antique table that was missing the glass top so I was looking for a custom size piece of glass sturdy enough to put things on top of without worrying about it breaking. I called a few hardware stores around town and Heights Glass was recommended. We went in with the table and they had every option you could imagine. Two days later our glass was ready for a reasonable price, I would have preferred a bevel edge but that tripled the price, which is the only reason I'm giving Heights Glass

I don't know how these people stay in business. I called in asked for a quote over the phone and the lady said she would need to call me back never did. Called again the next day and she gave me a quote but then said we should have someone come out to take a cook at my coffee table for a better quote and told me she needed to look at his schedule.. never called me back. Called AGAIN the next day finally got someone to come out and he was not able to give me a quote in person and at this point I assumed they would never call me back and sure enough they didn't. Got my glass replaced that

Worst local company I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend their services and strongly advise against coordinating anything through Crystal. I have used them on two previous projects and this third house was the last straw. Not only do they NOT return calls on projects or orders, they don't follow through on scheduled installs. Unless your willing to stay on top of them to complete an expensive project, do not rely on this company for satisfaction.

Professional and straightforward glass provider. Would use them again.

$270 for two small pieces of single-pane glass installed in an aluminum frame? You're kidding, right? When I asked why the price was so high, the guy said that's what glass costs. I can buy a pane of glass that size at C&D hardware for $10, so I'm pretty sure it's their labor costs, not the glass, that is so outrageous. Also highly suspect is that they had their invoice filled out with this price before even arriving at the house. How can you know what a job costs if you haven't even been there yet and seen the scope of work?

It's the second rock chip since I moved to Houston. It says sth about the city roads. Anyway, it's what it is and I just need to deal with it. The first one I didn't do anything and ended up replacing my windshield. Not gonna let that happen again.
I chose this place because of the price. I called a lot of places in the area and all wants $40+. One place has a special for $30 but you need to purchase a voucher and make appointment 24 hours in advance. Didn't have that kind of energy. I just wanted it done ASAP before it spreads.
The process was quick and easy. I pulled in

Well, let me start off my story by saying I am not a knowledge painter.
So, this all started when I painted my classroom desk in Latex Paint. Well, most people will tell you that Latex Paint is not good for furniture. The Latex will remain sticky for the rest of time. Somehow, I have missed this life long lesson.
Now my choices, do I sand off all the paint and then paint again with oil? Umm, no. Do I buy a new desk? Umm no. Ah-ha! I need a glass top so I am able to use my desk....
After taking measurements, I called many glass company's in the Houston area. Heights Glass had the lowest
