Dave's Appliance Care is proud to be authorized by Whirlpool Corporation to repair their family of brands including Amana, Jenn Air, Kitchenaid, Maytag and Whirlpool. Lowes, Assurant and AIG have partnered with us to service their extended warranty appliance repairs as well.
Dave's Appliance Care services a number of common home appliances like, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, refrigerators and ranges. We are trained and certified to repair appliances in the Whirlpool family. These are many of the top brands, including Whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, KitchenAid, and Jenn-Air.
Having a working range (or stovetop or cooktop or whatever word you wish to use) is vital to maintaining a working kitchen. Cooking in the oven and baking can produce certain meals but the range makes so much else possible. You can saute stir-fry, grill a burger, make pancakes, boil water for soup or pasta, and innumerable other things.
Is your refrigerator running? No, really. If it isn't, Dave's Appliance Care will send one of our experienced technicians out to diagnose and repair your refrigerator. A broken refrigerator can cause a lot of problems very quickly. All of your perishable food will spoil and ice will melt and begin leaking out.
Microwaves are a mystery to most people. You put your food in, the plate starts spinning, and a minute or two later, you have a fully cooked meal. OK this is kind of embarrassing but here you go. I just moved into a home a few months ago and wouldn't you know it, the Dishwasher just died. I checked all of our GFI outlets and our circuit breaker. So, being new to the NC, I googled appliance repair and Dave's Appliance repair got the most reviews. I called and talked to Valerie and OMG she was incredible. This is where it gets embarrassing. She suggested finding a wall switch near the garbage disposal and sure enough, we'd never even noticed that that switch turns the dishwasher on and off. They aren't wired like that in CA. Voila it worked

I had a part replaced on my dishwasher last year and when it broke down this year, while still under the one year warranty, Dave ordered a new part and repaired it without charge. While he was here, he helped me get my dryer vent hose installed even though it was free visit. Great service.

I was in desperate need of repair as all the meat and prepared foods started to defrost. Dave came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the cause of the icing problem and within a half hour, the freezer was running. Saving us several thousands in spoiled foods. Everyone can rest easy with Dave on the job!

Dave Appliance was horrible to say the least. First of all he was an hour and a half late outside of the given window. He was not prepared to fix my washer or dyer. He stated he needed to order a part then a week went by and he never called. I called the office left a few messages with no return call. I called my warranty company and then a female possibly his spouse called back and advised me they were awaiting the part however she was not aware the warranty company had advised me they never requested a part be ordered. Once I advised her that she became irrate and we went back and forth. The

Dave's Appliance care is adopted into our family . He will be I'll go to in the future . My experience with Dave's Appliance was great. It was refreshing to have someone come in with the knowledge that he has and be so professional. He had to return with parts and did so in a very timely matter . I've had many of my appliances serviced over the last 30 years. This is the very first time I was completely satisfied with a job well done and the cost.

I love working with Dave's! So thankful I found them a few years ago. Whenever I need help...they are responsive and so helpful. I feel like they have become friends. Dave gives great appliance service and knows immediately how to fix the problem. He also gives me ideas of how to prevent the problem in the future. Highly recommend!
