TOTAL CUSTOM is pleased to serve clients within Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. We specialize in land development, home design and construction management. Client's initial consultation is made with no charge or obligation. We encourage our clients to share photos and sketches in order to describe the project in your terms.
After we've pulled together to approve the plans, signed contractual documents and ordered materials, the real fun begins. And even though our written agreement sets forth the specific selections, dimensions and standards of performance between the Owner and Builder, well built homes follow a well-planned process.
Selecting a Home Site can be a challenging undertaking. In most cases owners ask their Realtor to screen a general area based on one to three primary criteria like school district, linkage to employment, family, church, temple, clubs or even the international airport but then need input from a building professional to narrow the search.

I recently purchased a Total Custom Home in September 2020. Up until closing the transaction went smoothly, that is until we tried to get the builder to correct a defect in a bathroom mirror after closing. This was a known issue that was identified during walk through. The builder agreed to replace the bathroom mirror to correct the glass defect after closing. We set aside funds in escrow at closing to have some assurance the job would be completed and gave the builder two months to complete. If the job was not be completed by the deadline the escrow funds would be released to me the buyer. That’s

This group is so good that I used them again. I hired them to replace our deck and make some additions to the home. Thought I needed to replace the stucco but they showed me how I could do the job in a much more cost effective way. Saved me a TON of money and kept the house well preserved. At the end of the day, Jack is worth his word. There is no hidden agenda. He wants to do a great job at a fair price so the customer is happy. I'm so grateful!

The Total Customs Home team made us a wonderful deck with stairs that leads to our back yard. John and Bob understood what we were looking for with the budget that we had. They were very professional in the way they handled Covid, going so far as to get their own Porta-Potty to use since a member of our family is at risk. They were punctual every morning and worked diligently- taking the time to make sure our yard was clean and tidy every day before close. We are very satisfied with our deck and the workers that built it.

Extremely qualified builder. Worked with Phil, who is a very creative thinker and excellent designer. He has at least two solutions for every challenging space. Phil has an incredible eye for detail, a wonderful work ethic and communicates every step of the way. We are absolutely delighted with the results. There will be no call-backs here!
