5 months since my post, Jason actually came to my house once and promised to finish the job. Any guesses as to where it stands? The same as it did 5 months ago. And 12 months before that. These guys are terrible at any kind of follow through. They really should change their company name to, "Riteway Fence, Wrong way customer service." The thing that is most awesome is that Jason professes to be a man of God. I am not overly religious. If he believes the Bible where it says, "do onto others...", I guess I have to assume that Jason is being crapped on by any contractor

Rite way promises to do things correctly and if not will make it right. That is not true! They set our fence off by 6 feet and then did not back it up. We had located three of dfour pins. On forth corner they tied into neighbors that they put in. Turns out neighbors was off on two sides and again the did not back it up.
It cost the neighbors another $2000 to have it relocated and us another 1000.
Do Not Use this contractor. After the fact we heard many other issues with there work.
